PERSONAL APPROACH
Cristina Santamaria speaks both English and Spanish and is committed to supporting clients as they work toward clarity, confidence, and a life that feels more balanced and authentic. She co-creates a space for meaningful conversations that help clients integrate their lived experiences and reconnect with their strengths and resilience.
Her approach is trauma-informed and pluralistic, drawing on evidence-based practices while tailoring each session to individual needs.
Cristina also incorporates creative methods, such as Photovoice, in the therapy room, utilising photography as a tool for self-expression and reflection. This approach empowers clients to explore their stories visually, deepening insight and fostering healing in an easy and accessible way.
