Liz Musio

Liz holds a MSc in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy and is committed to supporting clients as they navigate life's shifting transitions and emotional complexity.
Liz provides a caring, non-judgmental space where there is room for contradiction, vulnerability, and difficult emotions that need to be held and explored – experiences that can feel like "too much" in the outside world.

She works collaboratively with each client, creating an environment where you feel genuinely supported and understood. Her approach is warm, down to earth, and tailored to your pace. Every therapy journey is unique, and Liz is here to help you slow down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with yourself feeling steadier, calmer, and more grounded.
Liz also holds a special interest in women's health and wellbeing.
