PERSONAL APPROACH

Sophie is a warm and supportive clinician who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and deepen their connection with themselves.

With a degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Certificate in Addiction Studies, Sophie draws from a range of therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. Her integrative style allows her to create a flexible and personalised space where clients feel understood, respected, and supported in their journey of growth.

Sophie recognises the close connection between emotional well-being and physical health. She supports clients in exploring how stress, unexpressed emotions, and patterns of self-talk can affect both mind and body, empowering them to find healthier ways of coping and restoring balance in their lives.

She provides a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where clients can gain self-awareness, build resilience, and strengthen their relationship with themselves, while developing practical tools to manage life’s difficulties.
