Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist
Lynda Dooley is a passionate Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist dedicated to supporting young people and their families through life’s challenges.
She has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent children and adolescents, recognising the unique strengths and daily challenges they may experience.
Lynda’s approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to the individual.
She works to help children and adolescents in a safe and supportive environment to support their development of:
- Building resilience,
- Enhancing emotional wellbeing,
- Develop healthy coping strategies .
Lynda has experience supporting young people with a wide range of difficulties to include:
- Anxiety,
- Low mood,
- Behavioural challenges,
- Addiction,
- Family transitions.
She also works closely with parents and caregivers to encourage meaningful and lasting positive change.
To arrange a session with Lynda, parents attend an intake session at €130.00. Following this Lynda is available to see clients in Howth Road Therapy on Friday's from 4pm - 9pm at €90.00 per session.
