I first began my journey with Grainne after being diagnosed with anxiety and a panic disorder. I am forever grateful to her for helping through that tough period in my life - and beyond. There is nothing off the table with Grainne, she is so open, honest and direct. She is a woman of huge integrity who really cares. Grainne could relate to my situation and professionally guided and challenged me as we worked through the issues at hand. Although it was a tough journey for me, Grainne was warm and helpful at all times. I cannot overemphasise how professional Grainne is in her approach.
